Theoretical lessons: AA teaching system, history of freediving, equipment, basics of anatomy and physiology, basics of physics for freediving, breathing techniques, accidents and rescue, techniques of movement in water, pressure equalization, etc.

 

Pool lessons: basic swimming techniques, static apnea, water movement techniques in basic pool disciplines (dynamics without fins, dynamics with fins), diving technique, training in pressure equalization techniques in pool conditions.

 

Open water lessons: training in basic depth disciplines (Free immersion, Constant weight), technical exercises, pressure equalization training, diving and turning techniques, safety training (rescues from depth, handling of the rescued person on the surface).

 

Equipment:

Basic equipment (mask, fins, snorkel, wetsuit, weight belt), dive computer, weight.

The course price does not include a boat fee of 70 euros / person / 7 days ... payment in cash as agreed on site.
